All Bo Staff's are for demonstration or decorative purposes only. If used for demonstration, expert care and supervision should always be exercised. Buyers understand it is their responsibility to know federal, state, county, and local laws pertaining to the possession, purchase, or transportation of martial arts training items. We are not obligated to replace any product confiscated by law enforcement while it was in transit. The buyer understands that as a condition of sale / purchase, Guest Bo's, its owners, officers, employees, and staff are not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property as a result of, or incidental to the use of Guest Bo products.
